It is our policy to give prompt and efficient service on all orders - usually
shipping in the same day that the order arrives.
All shipping charges are paid by the customer. Preferred
shipping method is U.P.S. Special shipping (ex. U.P.S. red or blue label, Fed-Ex,
etc.) can be arranged at customer's request.
Return Policy
Products can be returned and they must be in new condition and in original packaging. Simply return your purchase within 10 days for a full refund or exchange. For all returns e-mail me first to acquire a return authorization number. Personalized Bibles (a Bible engraved with your name) are non-returnable.
We unconditionally guarantee all Bibles against any manufacturing defects. Covered defects include torn, missing or misprinted pages and cut or damaged pages. We guarantee all Thompson Chain-Reference Bibles against manufacturing defects. Any defective product will be exchanged for a replacement.
Defectives and Overstocks- All overstock returns must be in clean and re-saleable condition and will be subject to a 10% restock fee. Please note: Bibles that wear out due to use are not considered defective and will not be replaced.
